• We provide a 1-year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. What’s Covered

• Structural integrity of the platform (frame, hardware, and mounts).

• Manufacturing defects that affect product performance.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, cosmetic blemishes).

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications.

• Improper installation or use outside of intended purpose.

• Exposure to extreme weather conditions beyond normal recreational use.

4. Warranty Claims

• To submit a claim, contact us with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
