  • During product launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you if delays occur.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We currently ship to addresses in U.S. only.

  • Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5-8 business days after shipping.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

4. Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • Please note: delivery times provided are estimates from the carrier, and Sleep Ride Solutions cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

5. Risk of Loss & Damage

  • All items are carefully packaged before shipping.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Sleep Ride Solutions is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
