At Sleep Ride Solutions, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Custom orders (if applicable)

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
